Claims Procedures:
In the event of a claim, please have the following information
on hand prior to filing your claim:
A: Complete service history with all receipts ans outlined
in your contract.
B: Copy of your contract and contract number
C: Inform the repair facility, they must obtain prior authorization
before a repair is made.
